clean dream-like atmosphere.
Produced in a way that it merges the traditional sake brewing techniques with the new
and innovative,it is the perfect sparkling sake to be enjoyed as a toasting
drink for celebrations and other special occasions.

To contribute to the revitalization of
the agricultural economy in our hometown,
majority of Chiyomusubi sake is made
using rice produced in Tottori Prefecture.

CHIYOMUSUBI SORAH is no exception
and is made using Tottori’s local sake rice
and pure spring water that runs from the
local mountain.

CHIYOMUSUBI SORAH is made with the technique of ‘secondary fermentation’ within the bottle, meaning the bubbles are natural.

Most Sparkling Sake made with secondary fermentation will contain lees that makes it cloudy or a ‘nigori’ but CHIYOMSUBI SORAH goes through an extra special process that makes it clean and transparent.

With its refreshing sourness, gentle sweetness of the rice and clean finish, CHIYOMUSUBI SORAH can be considered as ‘Japanese Champagne’ with its delicate yet lively bubbles.

The ‘Japan Awasake Association’ is an organization established for the purpose of spreading sparkling sake around the world, with CHIYOMUSUBI SORAH being their officially certified sparkling sake which can be seen in the serial number on the back label.

The standards to be certified by Japan Awasake Association are
1.It is a Japanese Sake that is made from only rice, rice malt and water.
2.The rice used is 100% locally grown in Japan and is ranked higher than grade 3 under the Agricultural Product Inspection Acts.
3.The bubbles are naturally produced through secondary fermentation
4.The appearance is clean and transparent and once opened, there is a trail of bubbles when poured
5.The alcohol content must be more than 10%
6.The pressure of the gas when measured at 20 °C must be over 3.5 Bar (0.35 Megapascal)
