tailored to your level of knowledge about sake.
You’ll have the opportunity to enter the brewery itself and learn about the sake brewing process firsthand. During the winter season you can observe our passionate brewers at work up close as they dedicate themselves to the craft.

Standard Course
(For General Visitors)You will be guided through the facilities inside Chiyomusubi as well as areas of the brewery that are not usually open to the public.

After the Brewery Tour
Following the tour, you can enjoy tasting a variety of our sake and shopping at the Okasora flagship store.
Important Notes:
- ・Please refrain from consuming natto or yogurt on the day of your brewery visit.
- ・Tasting is not available for minors or those who will be driving.
- ・For hygiene reasons, all visitors are required to wash and sanitize their hands before entering the brewery.
