Nature’s Goodness for Everyone— Tasty, Fun, and Healthy
To protect the quality of the ingredients that form the very foundation of our sake, we work closely with trusted local farmers, nurturing not only the land but also the richness of our community.
Every drop of our sake carries the skill and passion of our artisans—with the hope that each glass will bring satisfaction and joy to those who drink it.
By harmonizing tradition with innovation, we remain committed to delivering emotion and delight through every bottle we produce.
The founder believed that “if it's sake brewing, it can serve farmers and people in society.”
With that conviction he established the brewery and devoted his life to making sake.
That founding spirit has been faithfully passed down through generations of head brewers continuing to guide Chiyomusubi to this day.
Chiyomusubi has been honored with numerous awards at national sake competitions and appraisal events in Japan.
Our sake has rich and complex flavor and has gained popularity not only domestically but also internationally with growing demand from Asia North America, and Europe.
Chiyomusubi is available nationwide.
Please check the list by region.
Just a 2-minute walk from Sakaiminato Station, the Chiyomusubi Main Store also features a standing sake bar, where you can casually sample and compare Chiyomusubi’s sake.
